Android App Is Not Visible On Google Play Store For Tablets

Can anyone suggest me why this app is not visible for tablets on google play store. I am using GCM, Gmap, Camera and storing files on sdcard. It is not visible for major tablets on

Solution 1:

If the Tablet android version below android:minSdkVersion="11"

Then Google playstore .will not show app in the tablet
